Overview

Red Pill Refinery Designs is a print on demand company with 100% of sales made online.

All of our products are unique, and they are produced once an order has been placed by a customer.

As such, we do not hold any inventory in warehouses or retail locations.

Our return policy has been structured in such a way to best support our print on demand business model.

Not supported

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are NOT supported for:

  • Ordering the incorrect product
  • Ordering the incorrect size, color, product variation, etc.
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Not liking the product
  • No longer needing the product
  • Delivery failure due to providing wrong or insufficient address information
  • Any other similar reason

 

Refunds and replacement orders

Refunds or replacement orders, free of charge, are provided when there is an issue with the order, such as:

  • Manufacturing error
  • Printing issues
  • Physical damage that is not a result of shipping issues

 

Please reach out using the contact information provided below. Include in your message to us your order number, a description of the issue, and photos documenting the problem clearly. This will be used to determine your eligibility for a refund or replacement order.

If there was physical damage resulting from shipping issues, please reach out to us with the same details as noted above. On a per-case basis, we may resolve the issue internally or request that you file a claim / complaint directly with the carrier service.

If a refund or replacement order is approved and arranged, you will not have to return the defective item(s) back to us.

Please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving the product in question.

We reserve the right to deny, at our sole discretion, any request for a refund or replacement order.

Refunds

Any refunds issued will be made to the original payment source used for the purchase.

There is often some processing time between the time a refund is initiated by us and the time you see the refund post. If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 3 – 5 business days, depending on your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please reach out using the contact information provided below.
