Do you carry any inventory? Any retail locations where I can try on the clothing?

Red Pill Refinery Designs is a print on demand company with 100% of sales made online.

All of our products are unique, and they are produced once an order has been placed by a customer.

As such, we do not hold any inventory in warehouses or retail locations.

What is your lead time?

Approximately up to 7 business days.

There may be delays around the US Federal Holidays:

  • Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.
  • Washington’s Birthday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day

During sales and holidays, due to a potentially high volume of orders, some orders may be delayed by a few business days.

Our lead time may be impacted by other factors outside of our control.

We try our best to ship every order out within our lead times.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Due to our print on demand order fulfillment processes, it is very difficult to make changes or cancel orders once they are placed.

Please be careful to double-check product selections and other order details before completing your purchase.
